Zutaten
300 g Butterkekse200 ml Milch3 EL Kakao3 EL Zucker3 EL Butter, geschmolzen100 g Pistazien
Zubereitung
1. Butter in einem kleinen Topf oder in der Pfanne schmelzen und leicht abkühlen lassen.
2. Milch, Zucker, Kakao und die geschmolzene Butter in eine Schüssel geben und glatt verrühren.
3. Kekse grob zerbrechen und in eine große Schüssel geben. Optional Pistazien hinzufügen.
4. Die Schoko-Mischung über die Kekse gießen und vorsichtig vermengen, damit die Kekse nicht zerdrückt werden.
5. Eine Kastenform mit Frischhaltefolie auslegen und die Masse hineingeben. Alternativ die Masse in Folie einrollen und zu einer Rolle formen.
6. Leicht andrücken und glatt streichen, damit alles gut zusammenhält.
7. Abgedeckt für 2–3 Stunden ins Gefrierfach oder mindestens 4 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen.
8. Anschließend in Scheiben schneiden, nach Wunsch dekorieren und servieren.
