Every strat that relies on FPS becomes noticeably worse, buffered ledge grabs stop working, brake boosts lose speed, population density is at maximum so there is garbage on every road, and the game finds new and creative ways to get stuck that have nothing to do with skill. Also the graphics look incredible.
