Segunda Beach's growth has led to the city outgrowing its current City Hall. Luckily, the city easily received state funding for a new facility and because the iron is hot, the city has decided to strike, and strike fast. That has led to a rushed planning process that hasn't included as much involvement as some believe is necessary to come up with an equitable result. The fallout of that process is a newcomer being elected to City Council, which will significantly change the dynamics of city government.

But before all of that, we need to build the new city services complex. We'll be focusing on a small segment of downtown but detailing the heck out of it. We'll build a new City Hall, a community park, a mall, a large apartment complex, and the city's second skyscraper. We'll also add trams to the downtown area and begin building out segments of our bike network.
