That is the actual warning from the creators of Norway’s infamous sex education series - and, honestly, I needed it. After how much you all loved my first reaction to foreign sex education, I knew we had to go back for round two. Today, we are reacting to more Norwegian sex ed videos, and let’s just say... American sex ed could NEVER.

As an OB/GYN, I talk about anatomy, puberty, and reproductive health every single day. But seeing how matter-of-fact, honest, and completely uncensored European sex education is for kids is always a wild ride compared to what we get in the US - and maybe a bit too much, in my opinion. Or is that the Texas in me? You tell me.

Are these videos completely unhinged, or are they actually the gold standard for how we should be teaching kids about their bodies?
