If you can't tell, I compressed many years of loving BSG into this video, and Scattered Hopes made the perfect companion for that. It is funny to call the game "chill" but in a sense building a civilian fleet, resolving issues, upgrading the ship is all kind of chill in the same way FTL is. Deadlock is an amazing RTS, one of my favourite, but it's about the First War, in terms of mimicking the Second War/2004 show, Scattered Hopes feels as stressful/thematic, in the same way the board game did. The Cylon investigation especially reminded me of how the board game did things.
