鶏むね肉…350g
生姜…10～12g
砂糖…大さじ1
醤油…大さじ2
オイスターソース…大さじ1／2
みりん…大さじ2と1／2
酒…大さじ2
味の素…5振り
鶏むね肉350gにフォークで穴を空け
砂糖大さじ1、醤油大さじ2、オイスターソース大さじ1/2、みりん大さじ2半、酒大さじ2、味の素5振り、生姜12gを混ぜたタレに30分漬けて
ラップをし600w5分加熱し5分放置で完成
