The Resident Evil Requiem doll connection may have been figured out. We can now fairly safely assume that the Resident Evil Requiem girl monster was a girl named Marie and most likely was in the cell next to Emily. There's also been a mysterious growl heard for some players after using the Resident Evil Requiem severed hand in the microscope puzzle, and it sounds just like Marie's growl from the basement. More thoughts have come forward about the identity of the couple / duo / angels from the title of the challenge, also there's a speaker that's been noticed and maybe it has something to do with the whole thing.
