Looks Like Sony Is Going Back to Full PS5 Exclusives?
Looks like we've got a reliably sourced report from Bloomberg that yes, Sony is indeed going back to single player PS5 exclusives, no more PC games. Live service multiplayer games will continue to be day and date with PC but we're now hearing Ghost of Yotei, Saros, and future PS5 games will not launch on PC as we've seen Sony do for the past 6 years. Let's talk about this experiment PlayStation has toyed around with, what they might've learned, and why they're changing course now. How much value are they really placing on exclusivity and fan narratives? Perhaps playing the long game? It's a very interesting time for PlayStation, and who knows what's gonna happen! I certainly don't. I was straight up wrong about this bad boy. That's how I roll sometimes. I roll into a wall of incorrectness.
